Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made on GrowproIn (growproin.com), including certificate downloads purchased by candidates, paid assessments where applicable, and subscription plans purchased by colleges. By making a payment on our platform, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Certificate Downloads

Certificates on GrowproIn are digital products that are generated and delivered instantly once a payment of ₹99 is successfully completed. If a payment is deducted but the certificate fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will issue a full refund within 3–5 working days. If the certificate has already been successfully generated and downloaded, the service is considered fully delivered and no refund will be issued. In the rare case that a candidate is charged twice for the same certificate by mistake, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full. Where a technical error occurs after payment but before the candidate is able to download the certificate, we will restore access to the certificate free of charge rather than process a refund, since the underlying service has already been paid for and simply needs to be made accessible.

2. Assessments

Standard skill assessments on GrowproIn are free for candidates to attempt and therefore carry no payment to refund. Where a paid or custom assessment is offered in the future, the following principles will apply. If a candidate has paid for an assessment but has not yet started it, a full refund will be issued provided the request is made within 24 hours of payment. Once an assessment has been started, it becomes non-refundable, as platform resources — including question generation and proctoring — have already been allocated to that attempt. Once an assessment has been completed, it is non-refundable regardless of the score achieved, since the service of administering and scoring the assessment has been fully delivered. Where a verified technical issue caused by GrowproIn, such as an application crash or loss of progress during the assessment, prevents a candidate from completing it fairly, we will offer either a free retake or a full refund, at our sole discretion.

3. College Subscription Plans

Colleges that purchase a subscription plan on GrowproIn are entitled to a full refund within 48 hours of payment if no assessment has yet been created under that subscription. If an assessment has been created but has not been shared with or attempted by any student, a full refund remains available for up to 7 days from the date of payment. However, once an assessment has been shared with, or attempted by, even a single student, the subscription fee becomes non-refundable, as the underlying service — including question generation, platform access, and results processing — is considered to have been delivered from that point onward. This holds true even where only a small portion of the college's overall student quota has been used; for example, if a college has a quota of 250 students but only 50 have attempted an assessment, the subscription remains non-refundable, though we may, at our discretion, convert any unused quota into a pro-rated credit toward the college's next renewal. Where a verified platform or technical fault on our end prevents an assessment from running as intended, we will provide either a full refund or a free assessment credit, at our discretion.

4. General Terms

Where a refund is approved under this policy, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Refunds will not be issued simply because a user has changed their mind after a service has already been delivered in accordance with the terms above. All refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the original transaction date in order to be considered. To request a refund, please reach out to us through the support chatbot available on growproin.com, or write to us directly at connect@growproin.com, quoting your payment reference or order identification number. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through standard support channels, it will be escalated to our support team for manual review and resolution. GrowproIn reserves the right to assess any refund request that is not explicitly covered by the scenarios described above on its own merits, and to make a final determination at its sole discretion.
