1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using GrowproIn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use GrowproIn. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate, current information when registering and taking assessments.
3. Assessments & Certification
Assessments must be completed honestly and independently, without unauthorized assistance, impersonation, or use of prohibited tools. We reserve the right to invalidate results, revoke certificates, and suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these rules have been violated. Certificates are issued at our discretion based on assessment performance and remain subject to verification and revocation.
4. Profile Publication on ProJobsIn
If you pass an assessment and opt in, your verified profile may be published on ProJobsIn so employers can discover and contact you. You may withdraw this consent at any time from your account settings, which will remove your public profile from ProJobsIn going forward.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, reverse-engineering or scraping the platform, interfering with its operation, or uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
6. Intellectual Property
All assessment content, questions, branding, software, and platform design are owned by GrowproIn or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers
GrowproIn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that certificates will result in employment outcomes, or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowproIn and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to GrowproIn at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that we believe harms the platform, its users, or third parties.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GrowproIn after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
