We use your information to operate and improve the GrowproIn platform, administer and score skill assessments, issue and verify certificates, publish verified candidate profiles to ProJobsIn, communicate with you about your account and assessments, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Once you pass an assessment and opt in, your verified profile (name, certified skills, scores, and certificate details) may be published to ProJobsIn so that employers can discover you. We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers (such as hosting and email providers) who process it on our behalf, or where required by law.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and assessment data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to retention requirements for issued certificates.
5. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent for profile publication to ProJobsIn, and opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us at privacy@growproin.com.
